Located just an 8-minute underground ride from the centre of Vienna and only 100 m from the Alte Donau Leisure Area, the NH Danube City is right next to the United Nations headquarters and the Austria Center Vienna. The underground stations of Alte Donau & Kaisermühlen are within 500 m.
The Donauzentrum, Vienna’s largest shopping centre, is only 1 underground station away. The public airport bus stops directly in front of the hotel and provides a regular connection to the Vienna International Airport.

Accommodation and services
All rooms feature individually adjustable air conditioning, free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, 2 telephones, and tea and coffee-making facilities. Individual Reservations
(less than 10 reservations per hotel)

When you make a purchase with bnetwork, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. Amount Requested

The full prepayment of all the nights reserved is requested within 4 days of booking.

Your reservation will not be confirmed until the full amount in cleared funds for the reserved rooms is received by bnetwork. If your payment is not received 4 days after the booking date, your room(s) may be released back into the booking system for resale.

Please kindly note that some hotels may require a minimum stay. In such cases, this will be indicated in the room rate section of the hotel.

2. Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Accommodation cancellations must be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email. Cancellation charges may apply as stipulated below:

• In case of cancellation or a shortened stay request received before 16/02/2026, the amount paid will be refunded via the original method of payment.

• In case of cancellation or a shortened stay request received from 16/02/2026, the amount paid will be kept in full as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees and administrative fees (2%) cannot be used to credit another booking or another night and are non-refundable.

Rooms that are left unoccupied 48 hours after the check-in date will be released back to the Hotel and no refund will apply.

Name changes are without restrictions.

3. Accommodation Invoicing Process

• bnetwork collects payments for all reservations.
• Payments will then be transferred in full to the relevant Hotel(s).
• You will receive an accommodation confirmation upon receipt of the full payment, but you will not be provided with an official invoice from bnetwork for your accommodation. Your payment to bnetwork will appear as a deduction on the final invoice issued by your Hotel upon check out. The balance due on the final invoice will have to be settled directly with your Hotel before departure.

Group Reservations
(from 10 reservations per hotel)

When you make a purchase with bnetwork, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. Amount Requested

- A deposit corresponding to 50% of your room block will be requested upfront to confirm your reservation request.

- Before 15/04/2026, an additional payment will be requested to reach 100% of your room block. All nights/rooms added from this date will have to be prepaid in full upfront to be confirmed.

Please kindly note that some hotels may require a minimum stay. In such cases, this will be indicated in the room rate section of the hotel.

Your reservation will not be confirmed until the full amount in cleared funds for the reserved rooms is received by bnetwork. In case the requested payment is not received at the date scheduled, only the nights/rooms paid will be confirmed to the hotel, the nights/rooms unpaid may be released back into the booking system for resale.

2. Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Accommodation cancellations must be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email. Cancellation charges may apply as stipulated below:

• From the reservation date until 16/02/2026, 100% of the total contracted rooms reserved per hotel, can be cancelled without penalty.

• From 17/02/2026 to 18/03/2026, 50% of the total confirmed rooms reserved per hotel, can be cancelled without penalty. A 100% penalty fee will be kept for any additional night/room cancelled.

• From 19/03/2026 to 15/04/2026, 25% of the total confirmed rooms reserved per hotel, can be cancelled without penalty. A 100% penalty fee will be kept for any additional night/room cancelled.

• From 16/04/2026 to 13/05/2026, 10% of the total confirmed rooms reserved per hotel, can be cancelled without penalty. A 100% penalty fee will be kept for any additional night/room cancelled.

• From 14/05/2026, a 100% penalty fee will be kept for additional night/room cancelled. You are committed to pay for all the nights/rooms reserved.

In any event, cancellation fees and admistrative fees (2%) cannot be used to credit another booking or another night and are non-refundable.
